Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Renovare Digital website at https://renovaredigital.co.uk (the "Site"). Renovare Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and development studio based in the United Kingdom. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the Site itself. Any work we carry out for you (designing, building, hosting, maintaining or automating a website) is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, as set out in section 6.
2. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the Site, or place excessive automated load on it;
- use the Site or its contents for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to harvest data about other users.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the Renovare Digital name and brand, is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but not for any commercial purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Site commercially without our prior written permission.
4. Enquiries and contact form
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not create any contract between us or oblige either party to proceed. We will use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Any quote or proposal we provide is an invitation to enter into a separate agreement, not a binding contract in itself.
5. Third party links
The Site may contain links to third party websites and services. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following any external link is at your own risk.
6. Client projects
Where we agree to carry out work for you, the scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership of deliverables and other matters specific to the project are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. In the event of any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the project agreement takes precedence for matters relating to that work.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely without confirming it with us directly.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, with the "last updated" date above, is the version that applies. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact
